This addition and remodel was initiated in order to update an '80s Santa Fe Style house. Its kitchen and public rooms were inadequate for entertaining.
The kitchen was expanded. An outdoor kitchen with portal and woodburning oven was added on the west side. A picture window replaced doors and windows to frame the view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains.

During construction a garden was planned with a trellis and terrace renovation off the master bedroom.
